DAV Journal of Business Research is a bi-annual, peer-reviewed academic journal published by D.A.V College of Management, Tribhuvan University, Nepal. It publishes conceptual, review and empirical papers in the field of management and allied disciplines such as economics, business communication, and business-related IT research. It is dedicated to publishing original and innovative scholarly research papers from faculty members, research scholars and student community.
The Journal’s aim is to facilitate rethinking of knowledge, theory, and practice through cutting-edge research in the areas of management studies, thereby fostering the knowledge of these academic disciplines. The Journal is committed to providing a forum for researchers, academicians and students to exchange their theories, research findings and methodologies.
DAV Journal of Business Research therefore welcomes submissions from the afore-mentioned ranges of scholarship. It invites studies that explore and interrogate existing critical assumptions, conceptual terms, and management frameworks.
Alongside work that helps re-orientate critical inquiry, DAV Journal of Business Research also welcomes scholarship that interrogates the new orthodoxies which themselves developed through the new re-orientations.

An editor on the Editorial Board examines an article to see if it meets the Journal's aim and scope. Manuscripts that are outside the scope of the journal are rejected. Articles that have been published in whole or in part in other media or websites will not be considered or approved.
Please be informed that all submitted manuscripts are subject to a plagiarism check. To check for similarities to previously published works, we use Turnitin or a comparable application. The similarity percentage should not exceed 20%. Plagiarized manuscripts are automatically rejected.
For peer review, we employ a double-blind approach in which both reviewers and writers remain anonymous. A second round of peer review may be initiated in some exceptional situations, based on the suggestions of editors and reviewers.
The average score given by reviewers is used to determine whether or not an article should be accepted. A manuscript is graded on a scale of 1 to 10 by the reviewers. The manuscript must have an average score of at least 5 in order to be approved for publication. When the editor or reviewer believes the submission is not acceptable for publication, a manuscript with a score higher than 5 may be rejected by the Editor.
The article's approval will be communicated to the corresponding authors via email. Significant modifications to the article will be considered only with the Editor's consent.

Please read the following Guidelines carefully before submitting your manuscript.
All authors must declare any financial and/or personal relationships (e.g. employment, stock ownership, grants or other funding) with other people or organizations that could inappropriately influence their work. Authors must disclose any interests on the title page itself. If there are no interests to declare, they should state: 'Declarations of Interest: none'.
Submission declaration of an article implies that the work submitted to DAV Journal has not been submitted to other publications or published previously (except as an academic term paper or thesis to a college or university); that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere; that it will not be published elsewhere in the same form including electronically without the written consent of the copyright holder.
Before submitting their article, writers should carefully evaluate the list of authors and their order. Any changes to the authorship list, such as the addition, deletion, or rearranging of names, should be done before the paper is approved for publishing. Such changes will only be considered by the Editor(s) in extraordinary situations. When submitting the work, add a brief biography of each of the writers.
Each author's given name(s) and family name(s) should be clearly indicated, and all names should be spelt correctly. Below the authors' names, include their affiliations (institutions, departments), as well as their complete postal and email addresses.

This role also includes responding to any future questions concerning correction, alteration, methodology, or materials. Verify that the associated author's contact information is maintained up to date.
The copyright of the published articles belongs to the Journal. When an article is accepted, the associated author will get an e-mail, confirming receipt of the work as well as a 'Journal Publishing Agreement.'
