A student should learn academics but should not be limited in application, “Management Simulation and Training Program” for the students of BBS 3rd and BBS 4th year at Mirabel Hotel Resort, serves as an example of this to expand the knowledge of a book to real life scenarios through a simulated process in an organizational setting. The students experienced this enticing program under the tutelage of Mr. Bhuban Raj Joshi, Senior H.R. Professional in a two-day program on the 17th and 18th of December.
