Management simulation, an interactive real case group exercise training programme which imitates the operation of a real world system, imparts to students the competencies (i.e. knowledge, skills, and attitudes) that will ultimately improve their performance in identifying problems, analyzing them, and taking a collective decision for workable solutions. It gives them an operational awareness of a virtual business company. Two-day training comprises, in the main, of the formation of Board through election process, and intra and inter departmental Group Discussion for Board Meeting Decision. The final decision making process will also instill in the student-trainees the importance of the decision-owing responsibility.
