Yoga and Meditation Sessions

We are delighted to announce the successful completion of our tailored yoga and meditation sessions for BCA and B.Sc. students at Pratik Hall, DAV Complex. These sessions were designed to support students in managing academic stress, enhancing focus, and promoting overall well-being. Our program specifically addressed the unique challenges faced by BCA and B.Sc. students, providing practical techniques for stress management and mental clarity. Led by experienced yoga and meditation teachers, the sessions offered personalized guidance and support. Combining physical postures, breathing exercises, and mindfulness practices to foster comprehensive wellness.
Many students reported significant improvements in their ability to concentrate and maintain focus during their studies. Techniques taught during the sessions helped students effectively manage and alleviate stress. The sessions fostered a supportive community atmosphere, encouraging peer interaction and mutual support.
