D.A.V. College and D.A.V. Business School hosted a Professional Enrichment and Team Building Program- Bond Beyond Work held on 6th and 7th June, 2025, at Champadevi Hillside Resort, Dasinkali, Kathmandu. The program was conducted for their dedicated staff members, a thoughtful and visionary initiative to nurture a culture of collaboration, leadership, and unity within the institution. This unique program was designed to strengthen interpersonal bonds among team members and recognize and uplift the contributions of those who work tirelessly behind the scenes. It is heartening to see D.A.V. College lead such a transformative endeavor, proving once again that the institution values both the minds that teach and the hearts that support.
The program was an enriching blend of experience sharing, motivational speeches, and inspiring storytelling sessions by D.A.V. Chairman Shree Anil Kedia Sir, Chief Academic Advisor of D.A.V. College Assoc. Prof. Dr. Manoj Kumar Chaudhary Sir and Former Assistant Dean Mr. Dinesh Mani Ghimire Sir. These sessions resonated deeply with attendees, igniting a renewed sense of purpose, growth, and professional fulfillment. Our esteemed resource person, Dr. Rajib Subba, delivered a potent mix of theoretical frameworks and practical exposure. His interactive sessions were educational and engaging, filled with insights and wisdom. In addition to the intellectual enrichment, the program featured innovative games and refreshing team-building activities, adding an element of fun and mutual trust that brought team members closer together.
These two-day workshops were truly memorable and impactful, leaving a lasting impression on all participants. The program successfully reinforced core values and principles and the importance of a disciplined and united work culture.
