Management Simulation Training Program (MSTP) for BBA BBM 2nd Semester

DAV College organized a two-day Management Simulation Training Program (MSTP) for students of BBA and BBM 2nd Semester (Class of 2025), providing them with an opportunity to experience the practical aspects of organizational management and decision-making.
The program was designed as an experiential learning initiative to bridge the gap between classroom-based management concepts and real-world organizational practices. Through simulated organizational roles, students explored how different departments function, how organizational problems are identified and analyzed, and how decisions are developed through discussion and collaboration.
Throughout the program, students were assigned different departmental roles and engaged in intra- and inter-departmental discussions. They worked collectively to identify organizational issues, analyze challenges, develop possible solutions, and participate in simulated board meetings where decisions were discussed and finalized.
The simulation provided students with practical exposure to leadership, teamwork, communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical skills, decision-making, and accountability.
The program was facilitated by Mr. Tekraj Sharma, Senior General Manager, K.L. Dugar Group, and Immediate Past President of the Human Resource Society Nepal, who brought extensive corporate and management experience to the learning process.
The two-day simulation encouraged students to move beyond theoretical understanding and experience the dynamics of organizational collaboration, departmental interdependence, negotiation, and collective decision-making.
The program concluded with certificate distribution, recognizing the students' active participation and engagement throughout the experiential learning journey.
