D.A.V. College proudly announces the successful completion of the Internship Viva Series by the dedicated and dynamic BBM 8th Semester- 3rd Batch students. This significant academic landmark served as a reflective platform where students showcased their professional journey, learning, and growth experienced during their internships.
We extend our sincere gratitude to our esteemed external evaluators, Dr. Shreekrishna Kharel, Assistant Dean, Faculty of Management, Tribhuvan University, and Associate. Prof. Jagat Timalsina, for their valuable presence, expert insights, and encouraging feedback that enriched the entire process.
Students from Banking and Marketing specializations actively presented their internship experiences, articulating their roles and responsibilities within various organizations. They provided in-depth reflections on the tasks they handled, the skills they developed, and the real-world business dynamics they encountered. Moreover, many students thoughtfully identified and presented the organizational gaps and challenges they observed during their internship. These insights reflected their critical thinking and analytical skills and their ability to propose constructive improvements, a trait highly valued in today’s professional landscape.
