D.A.V. College proudly marked a significant academic milestone by completing the Internship Viva for BBA 8th Semester -18th Batch. This important event was a reflective platform for students to share their professional journey, learning experiences, and personal growth gained through their internships.

We were honored by the esteemed presence of our distinguished external evaluators: Professor Dr. Mahananda Chalise, Dean, Faculty of Management, Tribhuvan University, and Professor Dr. Dev Raj Adhikari, Chairman, University Grants Commission (UGC), whose expert insights, thoughtful questions, and encouraging feedback elevated the evaluation process. Their presence underscored the academic accuracy and real-world relevance of the internship program at D.A.V. Students from both Finance and Marketing specializations actively participated in the viva, confidently presenting their internship experiences across various organizations and industries. From outlining their roles and responsibilities to detailing the tasks performed, students reflected deeply on the skills they developed, including communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and business acumen.

In addition, many students further identified and analyzed organizational gaps and operational challenges, offering practical recommendations and innovative solutions. This showcased their critical thinking abilities and emphasized their readiness to contribute meaningfully to today’s dynamic business environment. The Internship Viva was more than just an academic requirement; it celebrated transformation. Witnessing our students articulate their growth, confidence, and readiness to step into the professional world was truly inspiring. It reaffirmed the value of the internship initiative as an integral part of D.A.V. College's commitment to experiential learning.

At D.A.V., we believe in nurturing professionals who are academically sound, ethically grounded, industry-aware, and impact-driven. The success of this viva series is a testament to that vision. As our 18th Batch prepares for their next journey, we congratulate all students and express our sincere appreciation to faculty members, mentors, and partner organizations that supported their internship experiences.

We remain committed to creating opportunities that bridge the gap between academic learning and industry practice, preparing our students for jobs and impactful and purpose-driven careers.
