D.A.V. College has always prioritized polishing students toward a better and stronger career. Hence, to guide the students and make them a better version of themselves in the market, D.A.V. annually organizes one of the most productive sessions of the Image Enhancement and Career Symposium with the honorable presence of different personalities and corporate houses to guide and support the growth of the students.

Starting a series from CV/Resume crafting to interview skills and techniques, D.A.V. College prepares its students for the actual job market scenario. The last session of the series consists of a most awaited program, “Image Enhancement for Job Market and Career Symposium” where students can directly get opportunities to participate in interviews with regular recruiters and placement partners of DAV College. This program was scheduled for BBA and BBM 8th semester students at Hotel Country Villa, Nagarkot from 21st to 22nd June, 2024. The last day's session was facilitated by renowned media personality and film actor Mr. Dinesh D.C. along with D.A.V. Faculty and Research Cell Member Mr. Keshab Raj Adhikari.

With the motto “Be a Boss Tomorrow” the main objective behind this series of sessions is to prepare its graduates to enter the real job market with a boost of confidence, enhanced knowledge, and skills for becoming a proper executive. The students are provided the opportunity to have first-hand interaction and interview sessions with top-level authorities from renowned financial and nonfinancial corporate houses. 21 institutions interviewed students, some of whom were provided with job opportunities, some were called for second-round interviews, and some were provided with valuable feedback for further improvement.
