D.A.V. Fest-2024

It is our immense pleasure to announce that, D.A.V. College has successfully commenced one of the most awaited event of all time; D.A.V. Fest-2024. The event was full of 17 different events with 500+ participants. DAV Fest includes events like Futsal, Criksal, E-sports (PUBG), Business Case Analysis Competition, Debate Competition, Stock Pitching Competition, Free- Style Speech Competition, Business Quiz Competition, Art Competition, Video-ad Making Competition, Food Fest, Cultural Dance Competition, Mr. and Ms. D.A.V. and many more. DAV student-centric clubs, including the Sports and Event Management Club, Media and Publicity Club, Social Welfare Club, Literature and Publication Club, and D.A.V. Toastmasters Club, actively organize the entire blend of interactive and productive sessions. The fest was scheduled from 20 th to 24 th August 2024, followed by Award Distribution and Closing Ceremony
as a Grand Finale with the presence of esteemed dignitaries and personalities who graced the affair.
The initially practiced D.A.V. Fest has built an added value and foundation to the educational system of D.A.V. College. As per the central theme of D.A.V. Fest ‘Together & Stronger’, it has taught the students the essence of working, managing and coordinating in a team. With the transfer of authority to them for leading the events, the management has witnessed immense growth and a sense of responsibility for the students. Additionally, the students & participation in different events grew higher in terms of their knowledge, skills and capabilities. They took something precious with them after each event they participated in. Likewise, the participants were even more motivated to engage further with acknowledgments through certificates, awards, medals, and cash prizes for each event winner, runner-up, and participant.
We are immensely grateful to all the D.A.V. student clubs for their active involvement in organizing D.A.V. Fest-2024. Their dedication and hard work were instrumental in making the fest a grand success. We also extend our heartfelt congratulations to all winners and participants on their achievements. As a college management, we are committed to fostering the holistic development of our students, and we are proud to see them grow and learn from such enriching
experiences.
