Career Placement Counselling Program-2023

It is a great dilemma for the students moving into a new journey of perusing their higher education. Making this confusion as ease, D.A.V. College organized a ‘Career Placement Counselling Program’ on 19th August, 2023. The main objective behind this program was to help +2 graduates to figure out the academic career prospects, expectations and planning as a whole. In this program the new students were introduced to the different aspects D.A.V. education. They were run through a PowerPoint presentation with step wise process of growing with D.A.V. along with a physical tour of the college. The program was formulated by our honorable resource person; Ms. Sadiccha Shrestha- Media Personality/trainer/Miss Nepal 2010 and Mr. Krishna K.C.- D.A.V. alumni, Regional Head (Kathmandu) Muktinath Bikas Bank Ltd, Former HR head Muktinath Bikas Bank Ltd. The Guest Speakers of the program shared their half of experience on embarking the new start of higher education and motivated the students to utilize each and every opportunity that comes their way.
The program was later followed by another session on Personal Branding and Interview Skill by respected resource person Mr. Sudarsan Pathak. In this event the students were educated with different techniques and etiquettes of building a personal brand and passing any kinds of interviews with full confidence. It truly helped the +2 graduates to learn about making them a better version of themselves.
Overall, the programs concluded with a very positive note on establishing D.A.V. College as a pioneer for better education and proving its statement ‘Be a Boss Tomorrow’.
